Josue Sanchez began his career in the flooring industry in 1997 ,working for Floors, Inc .,a recognized leader in the Tampa Bay Area .After 6 years with Floors ,Inc ,he found J Sanchez Design ,Inc. Mr. Sanchez  earned his Contractors license in 2007 for the Tile and Marble Installation in (Hillsborough and Pinellas County SP14136,C-10486.                                                                     

J Sanchez Design, Inc. began subcontracting work in 2004 with Spectra Contract Flooring ,a multinational company. For the next 11 years ,he perfected his craft on large commercial jobs with schools ,hospitals and multifamily dwellings.                                                                                                   

Mr. Sanchez continues to grow his expertise and leadership by staying abreast of the latest industry technologies with materials ,products ,and techniques . his positive reputation with the general contracting and interior design communities has provided him the opportunity to practice his artistry on such projects as :
